I like Costco. While prices may not always beat the traditional stores (especially when you're membership fee is included) they do have some very high quality merchandise at very good prices, better quality than you'll fund at other warehouse clubs. The no questions asked - without time limits except for certain items - return policy is a great value. They'll even refund your full membership fee anywhere during the year if you're unhappy. The meats are fantastic, trimmed well with good flavor. The broad wine selection is the best you'll find other than at some high priced shop - they're the largest retailer of wine in the world. Funny forget the in-house bakery for cakes, cookies, breads, etc. If you're there mid-day can sample lots of their products to in-house you to buy. Finally, you can still get a great hot dog and drink for $1.50!

The best store in the country and I started my membership in Washington state and used Costco throughout my military career all over the country, even in Canada, and #1037 is the bar by which they should all be measured.

Bloomfield MI is the best I’ve ever been to! Had an employee problem in the pharmacy once about a year ago but they fixed it quickly!!!

Not happy. I have never spoken negatively about Costco, til today...issue with a ceiling fan which was on sale online, but a very nice employee told us they only had 2 in the store and that they were on sale. There was no signage for them at all. When we got to the register, it was full price plus some?? They would not budge or even double check the price. The cashier was great, it was the lady checking the computer who kept saying, it was a different item number. It was the exact same fan. We left it there. Maybe Home Depot has a similar product! Signed, Executive member, spends $$$$ there every 2 weeks.

It’s a very good store if you’re looking to buy things in bulk for a much cheaper price. However, a warning would be that some of the attendees can be quite rude, but some can be quite pleasant and helpful. So, just be careful who you get into an encounter with.

Lots of organic and reasonably priced goods. Too much packaging and plastic waste though. Also, while Kirkland may support local farming they don't support local textile companies. Most of the clothing articles are manufactured outside the US.

General Mills foods were also on the shelves and that's unfortunate because of the "paint thinner additive put in cereal to help keep it from sticking together.
